[Campaign rewards]

Reward 1: Exclusive RLUSD yield, up to 25.8% APR in total

Your RLUSD holdings earn two types of rewards: instant rewards and subsidy rewards.

• Instant rewards: VIP users earn a base APR of 10% on RLUSD holdings (regular users earn 3.5%). Distribution: paid to your account every 7 days.
• Subsidy rewards: an extra 7.8% APR platform subsidy on top of the 10% base. Maintain your VIP level through Sep 30 when the campaign ends, and you'll receive an additional 8% APR subsidy. Distribution: paid in one lump sum to "My Rewards" after the campaign ends.

Subsidy rules:

• The subsidy (all rewards above the base rate) is capped at 10,000 USDT of holdings per user for a maximum of 30 days. Holdings beyond this cap or duration earn the base APR (4.1% for VIP users, 3.5% for regular users)
• If your VIP level isn't maintained through Sep 30: instant rewards already distributed won't be clawed back, and the 7.8% subsidy will be calculated based on the number of days you held VIP status; however, the additional 8% subsidy won't be distributed.

Reward 2: Exclusive VIP merchandise

If you maintain your VIP level through the end of the campaign, your dedicated VIP relationship manager (RM) will contact you via your exclusive VIP group chat in the OKX App after the campaign ends to collect shipping details and deliver your merchandise.

1. 3. Yield structure: Regular users earn 3.5% APR on RLUSD holdings; VIP users earn a 4.1% base APR. In this campaign, first-time VIPs enjoy 12% APR (including a 7.9% platform subsidy); maintain your VIP level through Sep 30, 2026 for an additional 8% APR, for a total of up to 20% APR. The subsidy is capped at 10,000 USDT of holdings per user for a maximum of 30 days.
4. Reward scope: Users who haven't signed up for this campaign or who don't meet the qualification requirements won't receive the additional subsidy rewards.
5. Reward distribution: Base holding rewards (4.1% APR) are paid every 7 days; the subsidy portion (7.9% and the additional 8%) will be paid to "My Rewards" after the campaign ends on Sep 30, 2026. If your VIP level isn't maintained through Sep 30, the 7.9% subsidy will be calculated based on the actual number of days you held VIP status, and the additional 8% won't be distributed. Exclusive merchandise will be arranged after the campaign ends by your dedicated VIP relationship manager (RM) via your exclusive VIP group chat in the OKX App.
6. Distribution limit: Each user may receive the campaign subsidy only once during the campaign period. Subsidies can't be stacked, and the subsidy duration can't be extended.
7. Identity verification is required to participate. Users who haven't completed verification won't be able to receive rewards.
8. In the event of large-scale risk-control reviews or other special circumstances, OKX reserves the right to adjust the reward distribution schedule accordingly.
9. All participants must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and OKX campaign rules. The following will be deemed violations, including but not limited to: registering or using multiple accounts, using another person's account or information, submitting false KYC information, recycling on-chain funds, or colluding in groups to fraudulently obtain campaign rewards. Once discovered, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user, reclaim distributed rewards, or terminate their participation in this campaign.
10. OKX reserves the right of final interpretation of this campaign, including but not limited to canceling, extending, or terminating the campaign, and modifying eligibility requirements or reward rules.
