13. For $SPCX, the unlock itself isn't necessarily the problem. The real problem is how the market reacts to it. If earnings are positive and the unlocked supply gets absorbed, the bullish narrative could become dominant. But if even one negative factor appears, 910M shares could become a psychological weapon against the bulls. And remember: holders don't need to sell on day one. They can wait for day two or day three. That's why I don't think the downside is fully finished. I exited near 105 and still have a 0.3 short around 114. I'm comfortable waiting.
