The 3,506 BTC headline looks impressive, but the all-share structure is the part I would study. 📈
H100’s acquisition is designed to nearly triple its Bitcoin treasury and make it Europe’s second-largest listed corporate BTC holder.
Because the deal uses newly issued shares instead of cash, the company can add Bitcoin without selling reserves or raising expensive debt.
But existing shareholders are diluted. That means total BTC growth alone is not enough to judge the deal.
I would watch Bitcoin per share after completion. A treasury can become much larger while each individual share gains far less exposure than the headline suggests.
