$INTC just printed another large block of $490.9M at $90.79 5.41M shares (0.1% of float) crossed at a 2.7% premium to the open. This follows the $1.02B block (12.5M shares) that printed at $81.88 about two weeks ago at a 5.4% discount. Bloomberg also flagged elevated bond trading around that earlier print, plus a smaller ~$400M block in the prior two weeks. Two institutional-sized prints in a short window, with one at the lows and one near recent levels. Size like this doesn’t usually show up randomly.
