$ETH $BTC I'm so frustrated, why is this happening? Why has Ethereum been sideways at 1890 for so long? Clearly, it looks like the upward correction is ending, and it's very likely to drop. I've set my positions several times, but I just can't bring myself to click the short button. It's really painful, I'm so annoyed right now. I clearly exited at 1876, so I can just treat it as buying back at a high price, as if I didn't close the position yesterday, lowering my cost by 15 points. What a good thing. Why am I so afraid to enter and take a loss? I could go from a 500u profit to almost breaking even, but my inner feeling isn't as strong as it is now. What's the reason? I clearly took a 550u loss after exiting yesterday. If I really entered, at worst I'd just give back some profit. What's the psychology behind this? Why am I just too scared to enter? It's unbearably painful, I'm about to break down $ETH

Once $ETH $BTC positions are closed, it's really a struggle to re-enter a second time! Before closing, seeing the floating profits fluctuate doesn't affect me emotionally, but the moment I close and the profit is in hand, I automatically treat that profit as my own principal. I don't mind if the profit decreases, but losing principal feels really painful. Even though the amounts are the same, the feelings are completely different. Mainly, the closing position last night wasn't very good; I closed at 1876, and now the price fluctuations are very small. If it drops below 1876, I don't want to buy back because that would raise my cost basis, so it would have been better not to exit last night. If it goes above 1876, the highest now is 1881, just 5 points higher, which is too little. I was hoping to catch at least a 10-point move, and there's also the possibility of a pump, but I'm afraid of losing money. It's so painful; human nature is really greedy and fragile. A rebound to just above 1881 shouldn't be a good thing? It means the upward momentum is weak, which is good for shorting. The thoughts I had before closing are impossible to follow through immediately after closing 😖 $ETH

$ETH $BTC is consolidating here again, let's wait and see first. As long as the rebound can't surpass 1890, it will remain a bearish trend. 1890 used to be a strong support. Once a strong support level is broken, it turns into strong resistance. 1870 here is also a support level, it was broken 3 times but recovered each time. I feel it will consolidate here for a while during the day. My current plan is to wait for the price to rebound near 1885 and then end the rebound, then directly short again. But if it can't even get back to 1880 and breaks a new low at 1867 to start falling, then I don't know if I dare to chase. I might have to wait for the next range, I’m not very willing to chase highs and sell lows. $ETH

$ETH $BTC Just recording this, hehe, the funds broke 2, so I closed my position first, and the profit has returned to the initial level. I also think there will be a small support at 1870. After the rebound, I want to continue; I don't want to stay still like before! I've lost too many times by staying still in the past half month! If it goes down directly, I'll wait for a sideways movement before entering again. Because initially, I opened 5 Ethereum positions and lost 100 points without running, then after it went up, I added to 10. Now I've lost 55 points, and the profit is about the same as before, even a bit more. Held for nearly half a month, the profit is the same as seven days ago, which means I spent a week riding a roller coaster. This roller coaster seems to have taken a bit too long. 😄 As long as the outcome is good, it's fine. I've learned a lesson from this time; otherwise, I could have lost twice, but my skills are limited, so I'll take it step by step! A little learning, a little progress, let's keep it up everyone! $ETH

$ETH $BTC today really was a roller coaster haha, heaven and hell feed!! This afternoon I was saying the weekly profit chart looks like an ECG, continuously oscillating downward, with highs and lows gradually shifting. I even wondered if there would be a straight line tonight, just not sure which direction. Tonight there really was a straight line! And it was a straight line making money. So hard 😭, endured so many days and nights. From initially firmly bearish to later wavering, and finally gradually bullish. If it weren't for my unwillingness to give up, I might have already closed my position. Deep down I was still hoping it would go down, because I didn't want to admit defeat without breaking 2000. Bought at 1940, held at 1840 without selling, now I have to sell. I feel guilty both to my heart and for wasting these days, and also guilty to my former self who was firmly bearish. But these days the trend looks increasingly favorable for going long, not a confirmed reversal signaling a bull run. Every day I see more daily bullish candles on the big coin, last night the nine consecutive bullish candles were scary. Honestly, this morning was also quite scary. The possibility of three drops was denied. The possibility of three rises was also denied, luckily. If it really breaks 1950, I guess I would become even more uncertain. Very likely to reduce positions before 2000. Finally, fortunately the outcome returned to the original view, back to the earliest opinion. But this time, if the trend is wrong, I will run immediately. I will never make the same mistake a third time! Hold steady at 1890, sleep happily tonight, and see what happens tomorrow! $ETH

$ETH Damn, just posted and it already spiked down to 1900! Let's see if it can hold below 1900. If it immediately bounces back to 1905, then this spike is not a reference at all, just pretend it never happened. No impact on the trend whatsoever. Let's see how the market behaves after it calms down, the volatility is a bit high right now. Just wait and watch, as long as it holds at 1900, that's fine. Ideally, it breaks 1890 and then stabilizes. Then tonight, just have a good, peaceful sleep! $ETH

Brothers of the $BTC $ETH bears can't pop the champagne here just yet. After the US stock market opens, it could pull back at any time. Although the trend now looks like it's turning from up to down, seemingly about to change. But let's only be happy if Ethereum falls below 1890. Even if we don't mention 1890, the price at least needs to stay firmly below 1900. The key point! Stay firmly below 1900, not a fake breakout!! A quick dip and then back up doesn't count! Feels like the breakthrough is coming tonight 🥳, tonight we can see the direction, but still can't celebrate too early. I've been played like a fool by Ethereum for almost half a month. Don't hold too high hopes; the greater the hope, the greater the disappointment. On the contrary, if you don't care much, the outcome might surprisingly make us happy 😃 $ETH

$ETH $BTC This is my weekly profit chart from long-term shorting, and honestly, this is even clearer than the candlestick chart. We can clearly see the market continuously oscillating upward, moving slowly like a tangled line. The fluctuations are really small, and as soon as it rises a bit, it immediately drops, then surges again. Although the volatility is small, it is indeed constantly moving, very slowly, but this slow movement is actually quite scary, as it could accelerate at any moment. It should be around these few days, at the latest the night after tomorrow, when I should see the profit chart go straight. Whether it goes straight up or straight down is unknown. Most likely it will continue; market reversals are really difficult because this process keeps getting denied and absorbed. This morning it almost broke 1900, but at 1905 it was immediately pulled back. Really strong, the high points on my profit chart have been shifting, and so have the low points. Moreover, the more it drops, the more it is pulled back. I see this on both the 15-minute and 1-hour candlestick charts; three or four bearish candles can be directly reclaimed by one bullish candle. The probability of a pull-up is slightly higher than a drop, but no one can be certain; we can only evaluate a probability as a reference. $ETH

$ETH $BTC Damn, the ~ wave line market, drawing wave lines here, envy the short-term experts, this kind of market is their favorite. Taking a bite and running is just perfect for this market, comfortably eating away, anyway the market just keeps not breaking through. I think I’ve seen its true nature clearly, whether it goes up or down, I find it doesn’t really want to, it just wants to grind, grinding until everyone who wants to go in the desired direction gets off, and the number of people on the wrong side keeps increasing, only then is it willing to start 😡, it doesn’t want too many people sharing the pie. It wishes everyone would be its opponent. Really infuriating $ETH

$ETH $BTC's movement at 6 AM this morning was exactly the same as last Monday.. First it goes up to hit short positions, then drops to hit long stop losses, and then pulls back to the opening price. Then is it going to dump down again? After the dump, will there be a big V-shaped rebound? It can't really happen a second time, right? If it dumps again like last Monday, I’ll definitely bail out early when I see the situation is off, unlike before. The current market is just too bad for long-term holding!! Short-term might catch several waves in a day, but long-term holding might not even be right in the end. The market is always right, but we need to choose different strategies based on different environments. This time I was too stubborn. I thought the market would move quickly, but now the bulls and bears are evenly matched, and everyone’s opening positions are balanced, so a quick breakout is even less likely. In a choppy market, short-term trading is appropriate; in a trending market, long-term trading can work, but 80% of the time the market is choppy. $ETH Let’s see if today will replicate last Monday.
