Who is eligible to participate?

Accepted Answer

You must have completed identity verification and be using a main account. Sub-accounts, institutional accounts (KYB), and market makers are not eligible to register.

How do I join a campaign?

1. Go to the Trade to Earn page
2. Find a campaign and tap Join now
3. Complete the required trading or deposit tasks
4. Rewards are distributed automatically after the campaign ends

What types of rewards can I earn?

Trade to Earn campaigns may include:
Prize Sharing — earn rewards in proportion to your effective trading volume
Leaderboard — top traders by volume earn fixed rewards
New User Task — complete a deposit and trade to claim a fixed reward, first come first served

How is my reward calculated in Rewards Sharing events?

Accepted Answer

Your reward is based on your Effective Trading Volume, which factors in:
• Early-bird multiplier — Trades made earlier in the campaign may carry a higher multiplier to encourage early participation.
• Trading-days multiplier — The more days you trade during the event period, the higher your multiplier.
• Crypto multiplier — In multi-crypto campaigns, different crypto may have different weighting (e.g. a newly listed crypto may carry a higher coefficient than other crypto).

Formula:
Effective volume = Σ (Daily volume × Early-bird multiplier) × Trading-days multiplier × Crypto multiplier
Your reward = (Your effective volume / Total effective volume of all participants) × Total rewards

A personal reward cap applies per campaign. Any amount exceeding the cap will not be distributed and will be reclaimed by the platform.

What counts as eligible trading volume?

Accepted Answer

Spot campaigns: Includes Spot, Margin, Bot, and API trades. Convert is excluded.
Futures campaigns: Includes Futures, Bot, and API trades.
Zero-fee trades and negative-fee-rate trades are excluded.

Question 7

When will I receive my rewards?

Accepted Answer

Rewards are distributed automatically on 48h after the campaign ends . You’ll receive a push notification once your reward has been credited to your Funding Account. You can also check your reward status directly on the campaign page.

Question 8

Why can’t I join or receive rewards?

Accepted Answer

You may be unable to participate if:
Your account has not completed identity verification.
You are attempting to register with a sub-account.
Your account has been flagged for violations of platform trading rules.
The campaign is not available in your region.
