$CAP Upbit上线是核动力，但84%代币还没解锁！
利好就一件事：8月6日Upbit正式上线CAP，这是继Bithumb后第二家支持CAP韩元交易的韩国交易所。消息一出，CAP从0.022附近启动，连续阳线拉到0.04上方，翻了一倍。
