After waiting all day, we finally received the official statement from Iran. Although the diplomatic stance remains tough, the related actions have softened. This news does not prove that Iran has accepted Oman's strait proposal, but the Iranian officials clearly acknowledge that both sides have made progress on an executable strait mechanism, which is obviously a positive signal.
