Had such a great evening with OnCoin yesterday. A big thank you to the @Oncoin_Live team for organizing such a warm and enjoyable gathering. It gave everyone a chance to meet, connect, and have some great conversations with other people in the Web3 community. And of course, it was even better to have some gifts to take home as well. I really hope OnCoin continues to grow and build a strong community, while creating more opportunities for creators and livestreamers to connect with projects and take on more jobs in the future. The introduction of Bolts alongside The Lab also shows that BitRobot is building a more structured way to recognize contributions as the network grows. Looking at what is already running, the direction makes sense. • SeeSaw is generating large-scale real-world egocentric data. • TeleArms is producing teleoperation data through simulation. • Axis Robotics is focused on manipulation trajectories. And the Grand Challenges are taking these capabilities into more practical environments to evaluate what robots can actually do. So BitRobot is not simply trying to collect more data. It is building a loop: contributor → task → data → model → benchmark → contribution If The Lab can connect these pieces effectively, each subnet becomes more than an individual program. They become parts of the same infrastructure for advancing embodied AI. That is the part I find most interesting about BitRobot right now. The real question is whether thousands of individual contributions can eventually be turned into a large enough pool of data and intelligence to push robotics beyond the lab and into the real world.
