Philadelphia Fed President Paulson said inflation has not improved enough, while Bitcoin has remained relatively resilient despite the tighter-rate outlook. BTC previously topped $87,000, and spot ETFs recently recorded nearly $1 billion in a single-day inflow. This creates an important test for Bitcoin’s institutional narrative. If ETF and corporate-treasury demand continues, BTC may absorb higher yields better than in previous cycles. However, persistent tightening still raises the opportunity cost of holding volatile assets. My view is that Bitcoin’s resilience is encouraging, but the market needs sustained spot demand rather than short-covering or leverage to prove that the trend is durable.
