That doesn't tell us whether price goes up or down.
It tells me something more important:
**Expect the market to test your discipline.**
Fast moves can create FOMO.
Sharp moves can create panic.
And leverage can make both emotions much worse.
So today I'm keeping it simple:
Know my levels.
Know my risk.
Don't chase.
