$SNDK’s earnings weren’t the problem. Revenue beat, profit beat, gross margin hit 84.6%, and the company approved a $14B buyback.
Yet price still got smashed from 1390 to around 1200.
Now insiders are adding fuel. The CEO sold about $5.7M, CTO $9.8M, a director $13.4M, and CFO $2.5M. That’s a lot of profit-taking near the highs.
But I’m not calling this a fundamental breakdown. Insiders selling after a huge run doesn’t automatically mean the business is cooked. The CEO still owns a lot.
My grid is still running. Liquidation is around 930, so I’m not touching it unless price breaks that level. This looks more like sentiment getting punched than the storage thesis dying.
I’m not rushing. Let the market cool off first.
