$BTC — a reminder for everyone waiting for the next big breakout. Macro conditions have actually been pretty supportive over the past two days: CPI and PPI are cooling, retail data is weakening, rate-hike expectations are fading, and U.S. stocks are pushing toward new highs. Yet what is Bitcoin doing? Still stuck sideways. Barely moving. There’s an old trading saying: when the news is bullish but price refuses to go higher, that can be a bearish signal in itself. Markets don’t always need bad news to fall. Sometimes, the inability to rally despite favorable conditions is the warning. That’s one of the main reasons I’m still holding my $BTC short.
