🚨 SPACEX JUST RALLIED 25% — BUT SUPPLY COULD BE THE REAL STORY A 25% move in two days looks impressive. But I wouldn't automatically interpret that as a fundamental breakout. The recent surge may have been heavily influenced by short covering. Before the share unlock, short interest reportedly represented roughly 34% of the float. That creates a powerful setup: Shorts positioned heavily → expected weakness doesn't arrive → shorts rush to cover → price accelerates → momentum traders pile in. 🔥 That's how a squeeze can turn into a vertical move. But there's a second side to the equation: Supply. Around 911.5M shares remain available for sale. And that's the part I'm watching most closely. A short squeeze can move price rapidly. It doesn't permanently remove future selling pressure. So instead of chasing the move around $133, I'm watching whether the rally can actually absorb the available supply. That's why I'm not chasing the green candles. The market can squeeze shorts. Retail can chase momentum. But eventually, supply has to meet demand.
