$BTC Weekend Liquidity Is Extremely Thin — Don’t Mistake Volatility for a Bull Market. I keep seeing people say the fundamentals have changed and that a new $BTC bull run is already underway. I’m not convinced yet. Look at the liquidity: 📉 $BTC –$USDT weekend spread: ~0.012% → ~0.028% 📉 Weekend volume: 20–40% below weekdays 📉 21:00 UTC liquidity: down another ~42% Why does this matter? With ETFs closed and many market makers reducing activity, the order book becomes significantly thinner. In these conditions, relatively small orders can trigger fake breakouts, sharp wicks, and exaggerated moves without strong underlying conviction. Sunday trading has looked exactly like that so far: ▪️ Weak volume ▪️ Limited follow-through ▪️ Mostly sideways price action ▪️ Thin liquidity Low liquidity = unreliable signals. A sudden move higher or lower during weekend trading doesn’t automatically mean a new trend has started. I’d rather wait for Monday’s U.S. session, when traditional markets reopen and liquidity improves. Until then, this looks more like a thin order book + low volume + market hype than a confirmed bull market. Don’t confuse low-liquidity volatility with genuine demand. $BTC #AIMemorySelloffEases #SP500Eyes8000
