About StrategyDailyDividends
Strategy’s board has approved a proposal to make every calendar day, including weekends and holidays, a dividend record date for STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD, with payment on the next business day. The proposal, due for a shareholder vote on Oct. 28, would not change dividend rates or regular obligations. If approved, could faster reinvestment boost demand for the preferred shares and strengthen Strategy’s capacity to fund further BTC purchases?

Daily dividends sound simple. The market structure behind them isn't.
Strategy's proposed changes to its preferred-stock products show how traditional capital-market mechanics are being redesigned around a Bitcoin-focused company.
The interesting question is how daily accrual and payment mechanics could affect liquidity and investor demand.

Michael Saylor's Strategy is proposing a shift to daily dividends on $STRF, $STRC, $STRK, and $STRD, accruing every calendar day including weekends and holidays, then paid out the next business day. Economics stay unchanged, but the structure is designed to boost price stability, liquidity, and demand for the preferred shares.
It's a small tweak that could meaningfully improve how these instruments trade day to day.

🔥LATEST: Strategy wants to start paying DIVIDENDS DAILY on four of its preferred stocks.
The board approved putting proposed changes for $STRF, $STRC, $STRK and $STRD to a shareholder vote on October 28.
If approved:
- Every calendar day becomes a dividend record date
- Declared dividends are paid the next business day
Dividend rates and total regular dividend obligations stay unchanged
$STRC could begin daily payouts on November 2, 2026, while $STRF, $STRK and $STRD could follow from January 4, 2027.
For holders, the key benefit is better cash-flow timing and potentially stronger appeal to income-focused investors.
But this does NOT increase the dividend itself.
It changes how frequently investors get paid, not how much they receive.
Of note, Holders of $STRC, $STRD, $STRF and $STRK do NOT vote on the proposal.
If approved by the eligible voting stockholders, the changes would take effect after Strategy files the amended certificates of designation in Delaware.

Every Bitcoin treasury company has benefited from @Strategy & @saylor’s hindsight allowing them to even exist in this new Bitcoin Digital Credit world.
However, now - MSTR is in a position to benefit from every other companies foresight.
Daily dividends for STRC is only phase ONE - 100 day notice on Digital Credit Innovation is in effect - the King is hungry - and your trading volume is being served up as soon as STRC gets to par.
STRC closed today at $99.56.

$MSTR is not a software company. It's a bitcoin bank.
846,000 $BTC on the balance sheet. That's about 4% of all bitcoin that will ever exist. More than BlackRock's $IBIT. The largest institutional holder on the planet.
And it's still buying.
The part most people miss is $STRC.
Saylor took bitcoin volatility and turned it into a yield product for fixed income investors. It's now the largest preferred stock in the world by market cap. $20B raised this year alone.
The bond market is worth over $100 trillion. Strategy is building the bridge that lets that money reach bitcoin without holding it directly.
Right now Strategy trades around 1x its bitcoin value.
No big premium. You're basically buying bitcoin at spot with a leverage machine attached for free.
The 2030 math is simple.
Every $100K move in bitcoin = roughly $85 billion added to Strategy's reserve.
If you think bitcoin goes higher by 2030, this is the most direct way to get amplified exposure in a normal brokerage account.
The risks are real.
$1.7B a year in dividends and interest to pay. They've already sold some bitcoin this year to cover it. Constant dilution. And if bitcoin goes nowhere, the whole model gets tested.
But this is the bet:
Bitcoin becomes digital capital. Strategy becomes the bank built on top of it.
Watch @saylor go for it.

Making every calendar day a record date is more about capital cadence than changing the payout itself. If shareholders approve it on Oct. 28, the appeal may be strongest for investors who reinvest distributions: shorter idle periods can improve compounding at the margin.
That could support preferred-share demand, but it is unlikely to redefine Strategy's BTC funding capacity on its own.
