About SpaceX1.6BDeal
The US Space Force awarded SpaceX a $1.6B contract on July 30 for 18 Falcon 9 launches. But the win and the stock went opposite ways: shares are down about 49.7% from their mid-June high of $225.64, below the $135 IPO price. Per S3 Partners, roughly 29% of the float is sold short, and a first batch of locked-up shares unlocks in August. Military orders confirm the moat; valuation give-back and unlock pressure loom. Does a great company equal a great stock? That's the debate.

SpaceX has secured a $1.6 billion military contract, can it be bought at the bottom?
Can't save a $1.6 billion deal, is SpaceX really the next "good company, bad stock"?
The $1.6 billion large order rose by 0.31% after hours. 0.31%.
This scene is too magical-the US Space Force personally took the stage, and $1.6 billion was thrown in, and the stock price seemed to have no reaction.
A month ago, it was the sexiest stock in the universe. 6 On December 12th, it was the largest IPO in history at $135. On the third day, it surged to $225.64, with a market value exceeding $2.6 trillion, stepping on Microsoft and beating Amazon.
And now?
113 US dollar. The high point was halved by 52%. The market value evaporated by $1.2 trillion-losing an entire Tesla.
The bearish people say: This company is not worth the money.
2025 The net loss for the whole year was $4.9 billion, and in the first quarter of 2026, the loss was $4.476 billion, almost equal to the full year of last year.
IPO valuation is 1.77 trillion yuan, equivalent to 95 times the price-to-sales ratio. 140 times at the high point.
Wall Street's big bear Michael Barry directly sprayed: "Even $1 trillion is not worth it. "Senior investors are more ruthless: "The fair value is only $30 per share. "
The shorts have bet $25 billion, or 32 percent of the market. Three weeks ago, that number was 5 to 7 percent.
The people who watch it say: You don't understand this company.
Starlink's revenue in 2025 is $11.4 billion, with an operating profit of $4.4 billion. The military orders continue to flow-just signed 4.16 billion in May, and now an additional 1.6 billion. Morgan Stanley's target price is $300, and Goldman Sachs is $205.
This is the only one in the world that can reuse rockets.
Good company, right?
But "good company" does not equal "good stock."
8 On June 6th, the first batch of 911.5 million shares were unlocked. At the current stock price, it's worth more than $100 billion. By the end of the year, tradable shares had skyrocketed from 639 million to 5.33 billion-an increase of more than seven times.

I've been following the SpaceX situation.
They secured a $1.6 billion military contract, which anyone would see as huge positive news. So what happened? The stock price dropped below the IPO price, the short interest ratio shot up to nearly 50%, and there's a massive lock-up expiration looming at the end of the month. The positive news is real, but the bears are also very strong.
Some ask, isn't this contradictory?
It's not. Anyone experienced in crypto knows one thing: in the short term, price and fundamentals can be completely unrelated. SpaceX's current problem isn't whether it's good or not, but that the share structure is too poor. Nearly half the shares are still locked and haven't been released; smart money is waiting to see what happens after those shares hit the market.
This is exactly the same situation we encounter in crypto. A project gets listed on a major exchange, everyone shouts bullish, but the price keeps falling. It's not that the project is bad, it's that the early shares haven't been fully washed out, there are too many people still holding, so the price can't be pushed up.
The real good buying opportunities often appear when most people have stopped talking about it. Those who keep shouting "this time it's different" are nine times out of ten just the bag holders.
Right now, SpaceX is at a point where bulls and bears are talking past each other. No one can convince the other, but the market will tell you the answer. Wait for the lock-up expiration, wait for the shorts to cover, wait for the shares to fully change hands. Then take another look — it's a hundred times more reliable than guessing now.

Who’s buying the $SPCX dip? 🚀
SpaceX is now down -52.5% from its all-time high.
The stock is trading around $107/share, valuing the company at roughly $1.4T.
It’s funny how the market works.
When it was above $3T, people couldn’t buy it fast enough. Now that it’s been cut in half, many suddenly think it’s “too risky.”
One of the greatest investing lessons is that the stock is NOT the business. The market is simply there to serve you, NOT to tell you what a company is worth every day.
Mr. Market gets emotional and gets drunk many times. All while the world’s best businesses and team keep executing.
Ask yourself these question.
Has Starship stopped flying?
Has Starlink stopped adding customers?
Has innovation slowed down?
Has the mission changed?
Fuck no.
Progress doesn’t give a shit about what the stock price did this week.
To win in the stock market, you have to be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful. The BIGGEST opportunities show up when sentiment is at its worst.
I personally believe SpaceX will be remembered as one of the most important companies in human history. It’s building the world’s largest reusable rocket, connecting the planet with Starlink, and laying the foundation for a multiplanetary future.
If you believed in the company at a $3T valuation, why wouldn’t you at $1.4T?
This is a $100T company trading at $1.4T today.
Of course not financial advice bc everyone’s financial situation and timeframe is different... just sharing my live thoughts from Yosemite.

🚨Be careful, retail will miss this SpaceX pattern
99% of people bought $SPCX between $200 and $110.
Now they're sitting at a loss because $SPCX is down 50% from its ATH.
That's because they don't understand the IPO pattern.
IPO listing → Retail buying → Major dump.
That's exactly what happened with NVDA.
Until they merged with Mellanox.
After that, $NVDA pumped from $7 to $210.
What do we see in 2026?
SpaceX goes public through an IPO.
IPO listing → Retail buying → Major dump.
Now SpaceX is preparing to merge with Tesla.
And it could be even bigger than NVIDIA's acquisition of Mellanox.
My target: $80–$75.
As soon as I start buying $SPCX, I'll post it HERE.
Follow and turn on notifications so you don't miss it.

🚨 ELON MUSK HAS RUN THIS PLAY BEFORE.
Look closely at what happened.
Tesla went public in 2010, surged after its IPO, and then dropped more than 70% over the following months.
Most people only remember the stock that went on to become one of the greatest winners in market history.
They forget the painful beginning.
Now look at SpaceX.
After its 2026 IPO, the early price action is starting to resemble the same post-IPO cycle.
The excitement.
The retail FOMO.
The sharp correction.
The endless headlines claiming the story is over.
History doesn't have to repeat exactly—but markets often rhyme.
The biggest opportunities are usually hidden behind the most uncomfortable corrections.
That's why I'm watching SpaceX closely and documenting every major move as this cycle unfolds.
Follow if you want to see every update before the crowd does.
🚨 SPACEX IS ENTERING THE PHASE THAT CREATED NVIDIA MILLIONAIRES
SpaceX is down nearly 50% from its highs.
Most people see a failed IPO.
I see the exact setup that created one of the biggest opportunities in history.
Back in 2022:
Nvidia crashed more than 65%.
Everyone thought it was dead.
Retail dumped their bags.
But smart money quietly accumulated.
Then came one of the biggest rallies Wall Street has ever seen.
Now look at SpaceX.
IPO euphoria is over.
The selloff is ongoing.
Fear everywhere.
The crowd is already giving up.
That's usually when the real opportunity starts taking shape.
My buy zone: $80–100
My target: $250+
Most people will wait until Jim Cramer starts calling it the next big winner.
By then, the easy money will already be gone.
Reminder: I’ve called every major market top and bottom for the last 15 years, including the tops in Gold and Silver, the collapse in Oil, the SpaceX drop, and Bitcoin’s crash.
When I start buying SpaceX, I’ll post it here publicly like I always do.
Turn notifications on. If you’re not following yet, you’ll understand why that was a mistake later.$NVDA
