The drop in BTC's correlation with the Nasdaq is more interesting than the price itself. When the two decouple meaningfully, it usually signals one of two things: crypto is being driven by its own structural flow, or the broader equity bid has rotated elsewhere and left digital assets behind. Given Morgan Stanley now launching spot ETH and SOL ETPs, the former looks more plausible right now.
That said, 64K BTC with ETH still unable to reclaim 2K is a split tape. Institutional appetite is clearly expanding the allocation universe, but it hasn't lifted all boats. SOL's relative resilience is worth noting. The more interesting question isn't whether BTC has decoupled from equities, it's whether ETH has quietly decoupled from BTC.
Not financial advice.
