How to recognise healthy downtrend?
Imagine Bitcoin falls from $110,000 to $105,000. Then it suddenly bounces to $107,000. Many beginners get excited and think, "The downtrend is over. Time to buy!" But instead of continuing higher, Bitcoin drops to $102,000. That temporary bounce wasn't a reversal... It was a relief rally. On July 21, $EPIC Price broke out around $0.44.
The move was explosive.
From $0.44 → $1.2916 on August 8
That was approximately: 193.5% returns
If you opened $10,000 position at $0.44 would have reached roughly $29,350 .
Profit: ~$19,350
But then came the collapse.
In just 3 days, $EPIC dropped from $1.2916 → $0.4546.
Loss from recent High : ~64.8%
That $29,350 position would now be worth only ~$10,330.
Almost the entire breakout gain is gone.
What took weeks to build…
was erased in days.
This is exactly why chasing parabolic moves without a risk plan can be brutal.

Losing this zone could open $1,860–$1,850, with $1,830 as the next major support.
$BTC has also lost the 1H MA99.
