Yushi Technology IPO Date Officially Confirmed: Preliminary inquiry on August 5, online subscription starts on August 10.
As one of the most watched companies in China's robotics sector, Yushi Technology plans to list on the STAR Market, intending to issue about 40.44 million shares, with a total post-issuance share capital of approximately 404 million shares. Founder Wang Xingxing still holds nearly 69% of the voting rights, which helps maintain the company's long-term R&D strategy stability.
This year, tech stock IPOs have attracted much attention. Changxin Memory ignited market enthusiasm first, followed by star companies like Suoyuan and Yushi set to debut successively. However, the global AI and tech sectors have recently undergone significant adjustments, cooling market sentiment. Although the Federal Reserve kept interest rates unchanged and the South Korean government’s market rescue provided some relief, these factors may impact Yushi's IPO valuation to some extent.
Yushi has gained high global recognition with its quadruped and humanoid robots, frequently showcasing their mobility on major stages. However, it should be noted that most robots currently demonstrated publicly still rely mainly on preset programs or manual control, which is somewhat distant from the fully autonomous embodied intelligence the public expects.
The robotics industry is still in its early stages; true competition will depend on autonomous intelligence, mass production capability, and commercial implementation, not just demonstration effects.
