For Government and Law Enforcement Agencies only.

1. How to Submit a Request

All law enforcement requests should be submitted through our Kodex portal. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one before you can submit a request (please contact help@kodexglobal.com for assistance). Kindly note that by submitting your request through this platform, you agree to the OKX Privacy Notice, Kodex Privacy Policy and Kodex Terms of Use.

Please address your requests to "OKX" rather than to a specific legal entity. As per OKX Terms of Service, the services of OKX.com are being provided by different entities.

In extraordinary circumstances (e.g. you are not able to get onboarded with Kodex or there is an emergency), you may submit your request to enforcement@okx.com, together with an explanation of the exceptional circumstances preventing submission through the Kodex portal. Please note that we are only able to provide a substantive response once all required documentation and information have been provided. Please refer to the sections below for further details.

We will review each case and cooperate on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the relevant Terms of Service, our Privacy Notice, and any applicable laws and regulations.

We make every effort to promptly respond to your requests. If, however, you do not receive our response, please check your email's junk/spam folder.

All requests and attachments must be in English.
