The more important question is where that movement happens. ⚖️ Grayscale says the industry can continue without the bill, but warns that new investment may move overseas. I agree with that distinction. Protocols can launch globally and capital can move across borders without waiting for Washington. Regulated companies, however, choose where to hire, build products and hold customer assets based on legal certainty. A delayed bill may not kill innovation.
