🚨 Credit markets are starting to worry about Big Tech’s debt load.
Oracle’s $BTC ORCL 5-year credit default swap (CDS) has surged +70 bps YTD to a record ~215 bps — the largest increase among Big Tech.
Broadcom $ETH AVGO follows with a +48 bps increase.
Meanwhile:
• $META CDS: +39 bps → ~95 bps, highest since trading began
• $SNXX VDA CDS: +32 bps → ~82 bps, highest since trading began
• $AMZN CDS: +30 bps
• $GOOGL CDS: +29 bps
The bigger picture is even more interesting.
