FOMC没加息，维持利率不变。Polymarket上一度把加息概率推到接近100%，Citadel也押了加息，结果全翻车。市场对鹰派的预期打得太满了，这次按兵不动对风险资产是个短多信号。BTC稳住$65K上方，8月假期前政策面算是暂时松一口气。

Will the Fed raise interest rates tonight?
It feels like Trump pushing Walsh to power, not saying it openly but definitely some agreements have been reached behind the scenes.
Unless inflation really gets completely out of control, there’s no way they will raise rates.
